Unless according video, Time is not duration. It can not be
reversed. And also time is not scaler but vectorel. (And as you know, it
intersect with 90 degrees angle the other known 3 dimensions.)
Why ?
Because the Time is an acceleration which enables the universe to expand. A force from at the beginning (big-bang)...
You generally think the space as empty... But it's not... Space is a fluid and behaves like a liquid. So you may obligate it to stretch...Only we can not determine it with our technology. But we started to use this specification of it, by using new microwaves compulsion engines (Emdrives) . However it violates laws of cornerstones of science.
When you create a bang in this fluid, the waves of bang started to expand for diffusing the space. Our space is not stationary.
Already we are only forced of unite strings.

were broken to pieces.
So only some lighter basic particles had been surviving in space because of this speed.
Then i can assume that, The speed of expanding universe is equal to C.
Like resistance of particles in the wave of water against to water, our particles are resisting to space.
So it might be detect as Higgs field.
If this speed would decrease, all particles are lost their new form (according to us, matters) and turn into again strings. (Black holes might serve like this)
When we accelerate matter in our space, resistance of its particles are growing so it gains mass. But it loss length of time interval. Because these particles are already traveling at “C” according to an observer from outside of universe.
We can not go faster than light, because we are on waves which are already at the speed of light.
If we may, we would left our expanding wave of our universe.
If we can maintain our structure, we may interact with other universes or nothing.
All particles of our will be disintegrate to (again) strings.
